Job summary

JAMS HR Solutions seeks a Scaffolding Sales Executive for the UAE region. The role focuses on B2B sales of brand-new Cuplock systems to contractors and stockists, with field and office responsibilities and immediate joining.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years UAE direct sales experience in scaffolding, a Bachelor’s degree, fluency in English and Hindi, and a valid UAE driving license. Visa support and a two-year renewable contract are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years direct sales experience in UAE scaffolding sector.
• Experience in New Equipment Manufacturing & Sales (non-rental).
• Valid UAE driving license and navigation across commercial zones.
• Fluent in English and Hindi for procurement meetings.

Responsibilities

• Build a robust client pipeline across the UAE region.
• Directly sell brand-new Cuplock systems to contractors and stockists.
• Lead field sales to map ongoing construction projects and infrastructure buyers.
• Manage orders and payments through the client lifecycle to ensure retention.
