Job summary

Abroad Work in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a qualified Sales Manager for our Bani Yas City location. The role focuses on developing sales strategies, setting targets, and driving the performance of the sales team to achieve growth targets.

The ideal candidate will have aBachelor’s degree in Business or related field, at least two years in a sales management or supervisory role, and strong communication skills in English. Arabic is an added advantage; UAE driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum two years’ experience in a sales management or supervisory role.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Developing effective sales strategies to ensure organizational success
• Setting sales targets and creating appropriate plans to reach them
• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the sales team
• Analyzing data from customer feedback surveys, market research, etc.
• Developing customer relationships through regular visits and follow ups
• Identifying new opportunities for growth
• Managing the recruitment, training, coaching, development and motivation of team members
