Midea Group is seeking a driven sales professional to grow the Home Appliances business through UAE dealers, wholesalers and independent retailers. You will develop accounts, drive sell-in and sell-out, and manage stock, forecasts and collections.

Key responsibilities include mapping and visiting dealers, setting targets, negotiating terms, tracking stock and ensuring timely collections. Fluent English is preferred; Dubai contacts and UAE driving licence are advantages.

Qualifications

• 5 years of sales experience in UAE, including managing independent retail or dealer accounts.
• Strong home-appliance knowledge across refrigeration, laundry, cooking.
• Established dealer and wholesale contacts in Dubai.
• Negotiation, pricing and margin skills; manage targets, stock and collections.
• Advanced Excel for dealer purchases, sales and inventory analysis; English required.

Responsabilités

• Map and visit dealers in UAE; appoint new accounts and expand product coverage.
• Set dealer targets; review performance and convert opportunities into orders.
• Negotiate prices and payment terms within approved margins.
• Track sell-out and stock; manage replenishment for ageing models.
• Monitor displays and pricing; report competitor offers and gaps.
• Maintain pipelines and monthly/quarterly forecasts for sales and collections.
• Control credit exposure; follow overdue payments and resolve issues.
