Job summary

Adecco Group seeks a Public Relations Officer (PRO) in Dubai to manage government-related processes and ensure full compliance with UAE labor, immigration, and regulatory requirements. You will be the main liaison between the company and government authorities, handling visa processing, licensing, and other official documentation.

The role includes labor and employment administration, licensing renewals, notarization and translation of documents, and stakeholder management with MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, HR, Public Administration or related field.
• 8+ years of PRO experience in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, immigration procedures, and government regulations.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison with UAE government entities for visas, work permits and licensing.
• Submit and process labor contracts, work permits and employment-related applications.
• Coordinate with HR for employee records and government transactions.
• Maintain records of submissions, approvals, renewals and transactions.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise management.
