Analog is seeking a Public Relations Officer (PRO) in the UAE to manage permits, licences, and government relationships that keep our operations running smoothly in Abu Dhabi. You will turn paperwork into approvals and be the team’s trusted point for government interactions.

This hands-on role touches every part of the business. Fluency in Arabic and comfort navigating government offices for stamp approvals are essential for success and timely permissions across ministries and licensing bodies.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic and proficient English (written and spoken).
• Direct PRO or government liaison experience in the UAE.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across ministries.
• Excellent organizational skills with tracking of open items.

Responsibilities

• Manage permit, licence, and clearance applications for the company and staff, keeping approvals current and renewed on time.
• Represent Analog in government offices and ministries to speed up approvals and resolve issues quickly.
• Track regulatory changes affecting the business and flag needed process or documentation updates.
• Prepare, translate, and submit Arabic and English paperwork for each application and follow up until approved.
• Coordinate meetings and calls with clients and partners, including agendas and actions follow-up.
• Maintain records of outstanding actions across government and partner relationships and chase to closure.
• Act as staff point of contact for visas, Emirates ID, or other government processes.
• Support leadership ahead of government meetings with briefing notes and translated materials.
