Job summary

Innovations Global in Dubai is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive sales of PRO and corporate services across the UAE, acquiring new clients and exceeding revenue targets. You will develop leads, manage a robust sales pipeline, and close deals through effective meetings and negotiations.

The role requires 4+ years of UAE sales experience, strong communication, and relationship-building skills, with knowledge of UAE labour and immigration processes considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• 4+ years of UAE sales / business development experience, preferably in PRO or corporate services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of UAE labour and immigration processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business for PRO and corporate services (visa processing, company formation, government liaison, license renewals).
• Identify and develop leads for business support services such as HR, payroll, and recruitment outsourcing.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, and partnerships.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Stay updated on UAE regulations and market trends.
• Prepare basic sales reports and forecasts.
