Job summary

Redford Recruiters seeks an experienced Real Estate Agent Off-Plan to manage sales and build strong relationships with buyers and investors in UAE off-plan developments. You will leverage market knowledge, client engagement and effective negotiation to close deals and grow a client base.

Candidates with an established personal client/investor portfolio are preferred. Excellent communication skills and UAE real estate licensing are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven UAE real estate sales experience, preferably off-plan.
• Strong sales negotiation, presentation and closing skills.
• Professional English communication; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell off-plan residential and investment properties.
• Generate, manage and convert qualified leads into transactions.
• Present project details, payment plans, timelines and key selling points to clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, buyers and prospective clients.
• Negotiate and manage transactions through to closure; coordinate with developers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate client and sales activity records in the CRM; follow up with leads.
