Redford Recruiters in UAE is seeking an experienced Real Estate Agent – Off-Plan to manage sales of off-plan properties and build strong relationships with buyers and investors. You will focus on UAE off-plan developments, conduct meetings, site visits, presentations, and close transactions.

The ideal candidate has proven UAE real estate experience, deep knowledge of major developers and projects, excellent negotiation and closing skills, and the ability to maintain an active sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Proven UAE real estate sales experience, preferably off-plan.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Ability to build relationships with investors and end-users.
• Self-motivated and target-driven in a performance-focused environment.
• Knowledge of UAE developers, projects, and off-plan processes.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell off-plan residential and investment properties.
• Generate, manage, and convert qualified leads into successful transactions.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable projects based on budget, objectives, and investment preferences.
• Present project details, payment plans, expected completions, and key selling points to clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new project launches, developer offerings, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
• Conduct client meetings, property presentations, project briefings, and site visits.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, buyers, and prospective clients.
• Negotiate effectively and manage transactions through to successful closure.
• Coordinate with developers and internal teams regarding bookings, documentation, payments, and progress.
• Maintain accurate client and sales activity records in the CRM.
• Follow up consistently with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate regulations and company procedures.
