Job summary

Hilti Emirates is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to deliver technical solutions across the UAE. You will support customers and field teams through value-added engineering services, engaging in calculations, documentation, and quality assurance to help deliver innovative construction solutions.

The ideal candidate holds a civil/structural/mechanical degree, has up to two years of experience, and is fluent in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering.
0-2 years of relevant engineering or construction experience.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
UAE National with a valid UAE Family Book.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers and field engineering teams.
Prepare engineering calculations, material take-offs, and bill of quantities.
Develop technical submittals, technical letters, warranties, and supporting documentation.
Support anchor and rebar design requests for construction projects.
Maintain engineering approvals, certifications, test reports, and technical records.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
