Job Description

Purpose-

This role ensures technical excellence, compliance, and high‑quality engineering documentation while supporting company’s commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in providing expert technical assistance and ensuring seamless support for customers and internal teams.

Responsibility-

• Developing technical expertise within Stores and Customer Service.
• Collaborating with Marketing and Project Management to produce high‑quality technical documents.
• Preparing and maintaining Technical Submittals, warranties, consultant comments, and certifications.
• Updating datasheets, third‑party test reports, and other critical documentation.
• Supporting field teams with Bill of Quantities and Anchor/Rebar designs.
• Managing and updating the engineering folder with approvals, specifications, and datasheets.
• Handling certification renewals (ADCE, DEWA, ADCO) and vendor list updates.
• Providing real‑time technical support to customers via phone.
• This role ensures technical excellence, compliance, and high‑quality engineering documentation while supporting commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.

Skills-

• National with Family Book (to comply with the UAE Emiratization law).
