• Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations in AMZL and FC, managing 30–40 staff.
• Team Management: Train and develop high-performing teams with safety focus.
• Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, identify root causes, implement improvements.
• Process Improvement: Streamline processes and implement practical solutions.
• Communication & Collaboration: Report metrics daily and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Problem Solving & Decision Making: Act decisively in fast-paced settings.
• Technology & Tools: Support rollout of new systems and ensure tools availability.
