Job summary

Q-Express Documents Transport seeks a dynamic Supervisory leader for AMZL and Fulfilment Centre operations in the UAE. You will oversee daily activities, manage 30-40 staff and partners, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety and service excellence.

You will lead cross-functional teams, analyze performance data, and implement solutions to complex logistics challenges, shaping the future of operations at Amazon-style networks within the region.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams.
• Experience with planning, performance metrics, and process improvement.
• UAE National with Family Book.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations within AMZL and FC; manage teams of 30-40, allocate labor and assignments.
• Lead, train and develop high-performing teams with a strong safety focus.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements across AMZL and FC processes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement practical solutions.
• Communicate daily metrics and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decisive judgment in a fast-paced environment.
• Support rollout of new systems and processes and coordinate tooling.
