Job summary

Lockton in the UAE (MENA) is seeking a Junior Wellbeing Associate to support corporate wellbeing initiatives, client communications, and reporting. The role focuses on coordinating wellbeing programs for Tier 3 & 4 clients, delivering excellent administrative support, and contributing to development of wellbeing materials and campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate scheduling, provider coordination, venue arrangements, and documentation for programs.
  • Prepare client communications, event invitations, and follow-up materials.
  • Assist in compiling program reports using participation data, feedback, and insights.
  • Collaborate with People Solutions and internal departments to deliver wellbeing services.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Wellbeing team.

Purpose of the role

The Junior Wellbeing Associate plays an important role within the Wellbeing Division by supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of corporate wellbeing programs. The role involves working closely with clients, service providers, and internal teams to ensure the successful execution of wellbeing initiatives while providing excellent administrative and operational support. The Junior Wellbeing Associate also contributes to client communications, reporting, and the continuous enhancement of our wellbeing services.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of corporate wellbeing initiatives for Tier 3 & 4 clients, ensuring activities are executed efficiently and in line with client requirements.
  • Support the Wellbeing team in maintaining positive client relationships by responding to enquiries, coordinating logistics, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
Program Support & Development
  • Assist in researching wellbeing trends and contribute ideas for new wellbeing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Support the development of wellbeing materials, presentations, and communications for clients and internal stakeholders.
Operations & Administration
  • Coordinate the logistical and administrative requirements for wellbeing programs, including scheduling, provider coordination, venue arrangements, and documentation.
  • Ensure all activities are delivered in accordance with internal processes, policies, and quality standards.
Client Communication & Reporting
  • Prepare client communications, event invitations, and follow-up materials.
  • Assist in compiling program reports by gathering participation data, feedback, and key insights to support continuous improvement and demonstrate program outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with the People Solutions team and other internal departments to support the successful delivery of wellbeing services.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Wellbeing team, contributing to a collaborative, efficient, and client-focused working environment.
Required Qualifications
  • A genuine interest in health, wellbeing, and employee wellness, demonstrated through studies, work experience, or personal interest.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, providers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Understanding of and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support cross-functional projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and continuously develop professional knowledge and skills.

Advantageous:

  • Previous experience in event coordination, administration, customer service, or a similar support role is preferred.
