Job summary

Alpha Advocates and Legal Consultants in Abu Dhabi seeks a seasoned Legal Advisor to provide expert legal guidance to clients and internal teams. You will conduct legal research, draft and review contracts, and represent clients in proceedings when needed.

Ideal candidates hold a law degree (LLB) with UAE practice knowledge, have strong analytical abilities, and can work independently or with colleagues to ensure regulatory compliance across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Legal Advisor in a reputable firm or corporate UAE environment.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Offer legal guidance and support to clients ensuring UAE compliance.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide timely advice.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts and agreements.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings when necessary.
• Stay informed about legislative changes impacting the company or clients.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure legal compliance in operations.
• Provide training to staff on legal matters as needed.
