Job summary

JobLeader is seeking an experienced Legal Adviser to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role requires strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations, with preference for Egyptian candidates. You will provide legal advice to clients and review contracts.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in law, at least five years of UAE experience, excellent negotiation and communication skills, the ability to work independently, and fluency in English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Legal Adviser in the UAE.
• Excellent knowledge of UAE laws and regulations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate law, labor law, and commercial contracts.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions for clients.
• Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and policies.
• Represent clients in court proceedings if necessary.
• Liaise with government authorities to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect our clients.
