Job summary

PPOAR in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly skilled Legal Adviser to provide expert legal guidance on contracts, corporate governance, employment law and regulatory compliance. The role requires strong UAE law knowledge and excellent English communication skills.

Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience and be able to work independently or as part of a team. Biometric passport holders preferred. Indian nationals are welcome to apply for English-speaking roles in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Adviser or similar role.
• Proven knowledge of UAE laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance to the company on various legal matters including contracts corporate governance employment law and regulatory compliance.
• Review and draft contracts agreements and other legal documents.
• Conduct thorough research on legal issues and provide recommendations.
• Represent the company in negotiations and other legal proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the companys operations.
