Job summary

XAD Technologies is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for Construction & Infrastructure to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth across the UAE. The role focuses on B2B development for construction services, infrastructure projects, and contracting services, leveraging a strong network of developers, contractors, consultants, and government entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven B2B business development experience in construction or infrastructure.
• Strong UAE market knowledge and established industry contacts.
• Experience in Construction contracting, civil works, or infrastructure sectors (incl. MEP, manpower, facilities).
• Ability to generate leads, develop client accounts, negotiate contracts and secure projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction and infrastructure.
• Build relationships with developers, contractors, consultants and government entities.
• Generate qualified leads and acquire new clients and business accounts.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, negotiations and contract discussions.
• Identify upcoming construction tenders and opportunities across the UAE.
• Develop business proposals, quotations and commercial offers with internal teams.
• Promote construction-related services (civil works, MEP, infrastructure, manpower, facilities).
• Coordinate with technical operations, estimation and project teams for smooth handover and execution.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential projects and opportunities.
• Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments.
• Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
