ARD PERFUMES FACTORY is seeking an HR and admin professional in the UAE to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, and records. The role ensures compliance with UAE Labour Law and handles visa processing and government authority coordination.

Experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred) and strong organizational skills are essential. Knowledge of the perfume/manufacturing sector is a plus for this position.

Qualifications

• Coordination with MOHRE, Immigration, Municipality, and other government authorities.
• Overall HR administration and statutory compliance.
