Brink’s Global Services seeks a commercially minded General Manager to lead UAE Cash Management, AMS and DRS operations within an established Joint Venture. You will own P&L, drive profitability, manage regulatory compliance and partner with the JV leadership to deliver sustainable growth.

The role requires 12–15 years of executive leadership, experience in multinational environments, and a proven track record in transforming operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12–15 years in senior executive leadership roles.
• Experience leading in multinational or joint venture environments.
• Strong analytical, financial governance and regulatory compliance skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L for UAE Cash Management, AMS and DRS operations.
• Develop and execute strategies, policies and budgets to drive profitable growth.
• Lead and mentor the leadership team to deliver high performance.
• Build and maintain key customer and partner relationships.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and Brink's standards.
