Job summary

Brink's Global Services is seeking a commercially minded, strategic, and resilient General Manager to lead UAE Cash Management, AMS (ATM Managed Services), and DRS (Digital Retail Solutions) operations in a Joint Venture structure. You will own full P&L, oversee regulatory compliance, and drive profitability with regional teams and key accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12-15 years’ experience in senior executive leadership roles.
• Experience operating within a Joint Venture and/or M&A environment is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record in turnaround assignments with lean culture and change leadership.
