Job summary

ePackPro, the European leader in digital HACCP, is launching its UAE Field Sales program. You will own the UAE territory, prospect restaurateurs, and drive rapid adoption of a premium SaaS solution designed for food safety compliance.

We seek a true hunter with 5+ years in UAE field sales, fluent in English and Arabic, with a valid UAE driving licence. You’ll operate field-based in Dubai, reporting to the UAE Country Manager, and enjoy uncapped incentives and autonomy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field sales experience in the UAE.
• Proven closing track record in hospitality or F&B sectors.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and convert new clients across Dubai and Emirates cluster.
• Deliver personalized demos and manage full sales cycle.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with strong CRM discipline.
• Run field, phone and video meetings to advance deals.
• Close deals and transition accounts to internal teams with handover.
