Job summary

Vapoholic Distribution in Dubai is seeking a field sales executive to cover the UAE market, driving retailer visits and closing orders.

You will manage a daily route, open new accounts, service existing partners, collect payments and report market feedback to the sales manager. The role offers a base salary and strong commission prospects, with full training as we expand across the Emirates.

Qualifications

• Valid UAE residency visa (we are not sponsoring for this role).
• Own vehicle and a valid UAE driving licence.
• Proven field sales experience in FMCG, tobacco, beverages or similar.
• Confident negotiator comfortable contacting retail outlets.
• Well organised and able to plan a territory and day.
• Fluent English; Arabic, Hindi or Urdu is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run a daily route of retailer visits across your territory.
• Present full product range, negotiate and close orders.
• Open new accounts and reactivate dormant ones.
• Service existing accounts with stock checks, reorders and shelf presence.
• Collect payments and manage customer credit within limits.
• Log visits, orders and competitor activity via mobile sales app.
• Report market intelligence and pricing movements to the sales manager.
