Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking an expert OEM Enterprise Manager to foster development within the UAE OEM ecosystem, based in Dubai. You will collaborate with executive leadership, Alliances & OEM teams, and regional sales to accelerate enterprise revenue growth across the UAE.

The ideal candidate combines strong business leadership, enterprise channel expertise, and credibility with senior executives across the region. 8+ years in OEM sales and channel experience in AI is preferred; Arabic and English skills

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise OEM sales and channel experience within the AI industry, ideally within UAE or broader Middle East market.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Track record of business management, partner engagement, enablement programs, and sales execution in OEM environments.
• Strong understanding of UAE enterprise and channel ecosystem, including OEMs, channel partners, and enterprise customers.
• Ability to lead a sophisticated partner ecosystem and communicate across technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise business growth across the UAE, including enablement, training, pipeline development, and channel execution.
• Manage funnel development, pipeline progression, and revenue performance with OEMs on weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences.
• Lead enterprise and channel teams within partner organizations, implementing strategic programs with OEM collaborators and NVIDIA channel teams.
• Align with NVIDIA global OEM and channel teams to execute worldwide initiatives in the region.
• Enable OEM enterprise teams to position and sell NVIDIA platforms, solutions, and technologies.
• Develop go-to-market strategies aligned with NVIDIA initiatives and OEM priorities for enterprise hardware and software.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to strengthen execution and outcomes and maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline transparency.
