Job summary

Bayut is seeking a Field Validation Executive to expand and validate the dealership network across the UAE. You will onboard new dealerships, verify credentials, and maintain accurate CRM records while collaborating with sales teams.

The role requires field work, a UAE driving license, and 1–3 years in field sales or verification within automotive or fintech sectors. You will report progress weekly and ensure compliance across onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• Minimum 1-3 years of field sales, verification, or survey experience, preferably in automotive, auto-finance, banking, or fintech sectors.
• Experience in dealer network development, merchant onboarding, or field verification roles is highly preferred.
• Understanding of automotive dealership operations and sales environments.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and mobile data collection tools.
• Basic knowledge of documentation verification and onboarding processes.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills when interacting with dealership owners and staff.
• Ability to accurately collect, verify, and report field data in a structured manner.
• Comfortable using mobile apps, CRM platforms, and digital tools to capture field information.
• Ability to identify discrepancies during validation and elevate appropriately.
• Self-driven individual who can independently plan field visits and maximize daily coverage.
• Ensures accuracy while validating dealership details, sales representatives, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Expand and validate the dealership network across the UAE.
• Onboard new dealerships and staff into the company’s platform; keep records up to date.
• Map dealer partners, gather market intelligence, and maintain dealership databases.
• Validate and onboard dealerships—verify licenses and credentials.
• Build relationships with dealership owners and sales teams; act as field representative.
• Maintain daily field activity reports and update CRM with profiles and statuses.
• Provide weekly reports on mapping progress and insights.
• Coordinate with operations to align onboarding with standards and escalate issues.
