Bayut & dubizzle is seeking a Field Validation Executive to expand and validate its dealership network across the UAE. You will onboard new dealerships, verify credentials, and ensure accurate data capture in the CRM system while supporting field-based collaboration with internal sales teams.

The role requires a proactive, self-driven professional with CRM and data collection experience, able to travel across territories and communicate effectively with dealership staff.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Sales, Marketing or related field.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• 1–3 years field sales, verification or survey experience.
• Experience in dealer network development or onboarding preferred.
• Understanding of automotive dealership operations.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and mobile data collection tools.
• Knowledge of documentation verification and onboarding processes.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with dealers.
• Ability to collect, verify and report field data accurately.
• Comfort with mobile apps, CRM platforms and digital tools.

• Map and identify potential dealer partners in assigned territories.
