Job summary

Bayut & dubizzle is seeking a Field Validation Executive to expand and validate the UAE dealership network. You will onboard new dealerships, verify credentials, and keep CRM records up to date, enabling seamless collaboration with internal sales teams.

The role requires a proactive, field-facing professional with 1–3 years in field sales or verification, a UAE driving license, and familiarity with CRM platforms and mobile data collection tools. You will travel across the emirates to map dealers.

Qualifications

• ,Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is required
• ,Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
• ,1–3 years field sales/verification experience preferred in automotive/fintech sectors
• ,Experience in dealer network development or onboarding is highly preferred
• ,Strong interpersonal and data reporting skills

Responsibilities

• Map and identify potential dealer partners across assigned territories
• Validate dealership authenticity, licenses and onboarding documentation
• Manage relationships with dealership owners and sales teams
• Maintain and update CRM records; produce weekly onboarding progress reports
• Collaborate with operations to align onboarding with company standards and escalate discrepancies
