Job summary

Bayut & dubizzle seeks a Field Validation Executive to expand and validate its dealership network across the UAE. You will onboard new dealerships, verify credentials, and ensure accurate CRM data, working closely with sales teams to enable smooth collaboration.

Your role focuses on field visits, mapping networks, due diligence, and maintaining up-to-date dealership profiles. A UAE driving license and 1–3 years in field verification are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• 1–3 years in field sales, verification, or surveys (auto/fintech preferred).
• Experience in dealer network development or onboarding (preferred).
• Understanding of automotive dealership operations.
• CRM platforms and mobile data collection tools familiarity.
• Basic knowledge of documentation verification and onboarding.
• Strong interpersonal skills with dealership staff.
• Ability to collect, verify, and report field data accurately.
• Proficient with mobile apps and CRM for field data capture.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and escalate appropriately.
• Self-driven with ability to plan field visits and maximize coverage.
• Accuracy-focused in validating dealership details and staff.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to build trust and credibility with dealership stakeholders.
