Job summary

Confidencial in Abu Dhabi seeks a Country Manager to lead market entry and consolidate activities in the UAE. You will drive bidding, institutional relations, and growth strategy while coordinating local resources and building a high-performing team.

You will interface with business units to convert opportunities into contracts, manage stakeholders, and position the company as a trusted technical and commercial reference in infrastructure, energy, water and buildings sectors.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering.
• MBA or business management/strategy training is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead market entry and consolidation in the UAE.
• Identify opportunities across engineering, infrastructure, energy, water, transport, industrial and building sectors.
• Design and execute growth plans aligned with corporate strategy.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of commercial opportunities supporting growth.
• Coordinate preparation of proposals, tenders and negotiations with Business Units.
• Build trusted relationships with public-sector bodies, private clients, investors and partners.
• Contribute to defining regional expansion strategy and monitor market trends.
• Lead and develop the local organization and ensure alignment with corporate standards.
