Qualifications

• Senior compliance leader with 5+ years of experience in regulated financial services or fintech environments.
• Experience engaging with UAE regulators and building credible relationships as a Responsible Individual.
• Comfortable serving as the primary regulator interface for Coins.ph in the UAE and globally.
• Proven ability to implement scalable governance and controls as volumes grow.

Responsibilities

• Own the compliance agenda end-to-end readiness for VARA expectations and ongoing supervision.
• Operate as VARA's day-to-day interface with Coins.ph leadership and CEO.
• Establish credibility with VARA and manage regulatory stakeholder relationships.
• Bridge Dubai market realities with Coins.ph international expansion priorities.
