Regulatory leadership and governance Own the compliance agenda end-to-end readiness for VARA expectations ongoing supervision and scalable controls as volumes grow Operate as VARA s day-to-day interface with the CEO still expected to demonstrate clear judgement and credibility during regulator engagement Stakeholder management Establish credibility with VARA early preference for leaders with prior UAE regulatory engagement an existing relationship materially de-risks the set-up Act as connective tissue between Dubai market realities and Coins ph leadership keeping the build aligned to international expansion priorities
