Deecke Holding seeks an experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead a diversified Dubai-based group across real estate and wealth management. You will partner with the Chairman to drive growth, optimize operations, and strengthen governance and controls.

The role requires 15+ years in the UAE, proven P&L management, and a hands-on, strategy-to-execution mindset. An MBA is preferred; ability to build high-performing teams and nurture key relationships is essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of UAE-based professional experience.
• Experience in Real Estate and Forex Trading / Wealth Management.
• Proven P&L management, budgeting and financial planning skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or real estate; MBA preferred.
