Job summary

Deecke Holding seeks an experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead a diversified Dubai-based group across real estate and wealth management. You will partner with the Chairman to drive growth, optimize operations, and strengthen governance and controls.

The role requires 15+ years in the UAE, proven P&L management, and a hands-on, strategy-to-execution mindset. An MBA is preferred; ability to build high-performing teams and nurture key relationships is essential.

Qualifications

Deecke Holding is looking for an experienced and commercially minded Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our senior leadership team in Dubai.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior professional who understands the UAE market, enjoys working in a dynamic business environment and can bring together strong operational leadership with a solid understanding of Real Estate and Forex Trading / Wealth Management.

The Opportunity

As COO, you will work closely with the Chairman and senior management to ensure the Group’s businesses operate efficiently, professionally and with a clear focus on growth.

You will play a key role in:

• Leading and strengthening the Group’s day-to-day operations
• Turning strategic plans into effective execution
• Overseeing business performance, budgets and operational efficiency
• Taking responsibility for P&L performance, financial results and overall commercial performance of the Group’s businesses
• Supporting and developing senior teams
• Driving strong processes, governance and internal controls
• Overseeing operational aspects of real estate and wealth management activities
• Identifying new business opportunities and supporting strategic initiatives
• Building strong relationships with key clients, partners and professional networks

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a senior leader who brings:

• 15+ years of professional experience in the UAE
• Strong leadership and operational management experience
• Proven experience in both Real Estate and Forex Trading / Wealth Management
• Proven experience in P&L management, budgeting, financial planning and driving commercial performance
• Excellent understanding of the UAE business environment
• Strong commercial and financial awareness
• Experience working closely with owners, Chairman, CEO or Board-level management
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• A practical, hands-on approach with the ability to turn ideas into results
• High integrity, discretion and professional judgement

A bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate or a related field is preferred. An MBA or relevant professional qualification would be an advantage.
