Job summary

Tanqeeb in the UAE is hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries via telephone, email, live chat and social channels, provide accurate information, and maintain high service quality.

You will record interactions in the CRM, follow up on pending queries, escalate when needed, coordinate with other departments, and join a rotating AM/PM shift including weekends. Immediate joining is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good typing and computer skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and customer-service systems.
• Ability to handle customers and complaints calmly and professionally.
• Previous call centre or customer-service experience is preferred.
• Any graduate may apply.
• Must currently be available in the UAE.
• Must be available to join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via calls, emails, live chat and social media.
• Provide accurate information and professional support.
• Record and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Handle customer complaints according to procedures and escalate when required.
• Follow up on pending enquiries and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Maintain service quality, response standards and customer satisfaction.
• Work rotational AM/PM shifts, including weekends.
