Job summary

AL MANAMA BUILDING MATERIALS TRADING CO LLC is seeking a proactive contractor accounts hunter in Dubai to expand our network of builder customers. You will visit contractor sites daily, translate project BOQs into quotes, and drive closing deals with speed and integrity.

You will manage a growing portfolio of repeat accounts, report your pipeline daily in the CRM, and collaborate with procurement offices across Dubai and the Northern Emirates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years selling building materials in the UAE.
• UAE driving licence.
• English required; Hindi/Urdu or Arabic a plus.
• Hungry, organized, WhatsApp-fast.

Responsibilities

• Visit contractor sites and procurement offices daily.
• Convert BOQs into quotations and follow up to closure.
• Grow a personal portfolio of repeat accounts.
• Report pipeline in CRM daily.
