Job summary

Cavenwell Group is seeking an Associate to join our DIFC & Jersey Pod, supporting the Client Relationship Manager in delivering the day-to-day administration needs of a portfolio of DIFC & Jersey entities, including Protected Cell Companies (PCCs). Training will be provided, with opportunities to work closely with senior team members.

Gain hands‑on experience in trust and company administration, onboarding and set‑up of PCC structures, and exposure to tokenization and digital asset structuring,

Qualifications

• Proactive, diligent and detail oriented in day‑to‑day tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal English with strong communication skills.
• 3+ years in trust, company or fund administration, financial services or legal admin.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Relationship Manager with day‑to‑day client administration.
• Assist with onboarding, filings, and governance for DIFC/Jersey structures.
• Perform AML/CDD tasks and compliance checks under guidance.
• Draft invoices and maintain client records and communications.
