Job summary

Creation Business Consultants in Dubai seeks a commercially minded adviser to join the team and work with sophisticated international clients on structuring, governance, and wealth-planning solutions across the UAE and region. You will work directly with entrepreneurs, investors, and family offices, developing long-term trusted relationships.

Training will strengthen your technical expertise and regional knowledge, with a focus on advisory and relationship management rather than traditional

Qualifications

• Experience in trust, fiduciary, corporate services and private wealth.
• Experience with international structuring, accounting and tax advisory.
• Background in private banking or family office services.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on corporate structuring, SPVs, trusts, foundations, governance, and international expansion strategies.
• Lead client consultations to design compliant and commercially effective ownership, wealth, and business structures.
• Support UAE & Saudi market entry, regional growth initiatives, and cross-border operational requirements.
• Build and manage a portfolio of high-value clients while driving revenue growth and long-term client retention.
• Cultivate strong relationships with intermediaries, referral partners, family offices, and professional advisors.
• Partner with tax, compliance, and corporate services teams to deliver integrated solutions and identify expansion opportunities.

We are seeking a commercially minded and technically strong professional adviser to join our growing Dubai team.
This is an opportunity for an experienced client-facing professional to work with sophisticated international clients, advising on structuring, expansion, governance, and wealth-planning solutions across the UAE and wider region.
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys understanding clients, solving complex commercial challenges, and developing long-term trusted relationships.

The Opportunity

You will work directly with entrepreneurs, investors, multinational groups, family offices and high-net-worth individuals, helping them navigate complex structuring and business requirements across the UAE and international markets.
You do not need to be a lawyer or tax adviser. We will provide ongoing training and development to strengthen your technical expertise and regional knowledge.
We are particularly interested in individuals with strong advisory and relationship-management experience who may never have held a traditional sales role but possess the credibility and commercial instincts required to develop client relationships and convert opportunities.
