Job summary

AMICORP WEALTH SERVICES in Dubai seeks a Director to lead client relationships through a team of Senior Account Managers and Legal Assistants, delivering proactive, exceptional service to client companies while coordinating legal, administrative and corporate activities to drive revenue.

You will promote products, grow the business from existing clients and referrals, ensure compliance with KYC and local regulations, and act as a trusted advisor to clients within Amicorp's global framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Law, Accounting, Tax or another business related field.
• At least 15 years of experience including at least 5 years in senior management positions in financial services, preferably with international exposure.
• Strong commercial mindset with focus on revenue growth and client management.
• Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills; proven team management experience.
• Excellent English language fluency; additional languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead client portfolios through a team of Senior Account Managers and Legal Assistants to deliver proactive, exceptional service.
• Coordinate legal, administrative and corporate activities to generate revenue based on value‑charging.
• Promote Amicorp products/services and grow business from existing clients and referrals.
• Set up and manage corporate/private legal structures and administer client portfolios.
• Monitor contracts, prepare minutes and proxies, and ensure client files are accurate and compliant.
• Ensure Know Your Customer compliance and adhere to signatory authority policies.
• Act as director/trustee/manager/secretary as required and participate in CAC processes.
• Drive office profitability, oversee time charging, invoicing and collection of fees.
• Maintain high standards of compliance with local regulations and corporate governance.
