Qualifications

• Proven product leader who has owned strategy across a complex portfolio or multi-squad scope.
• Strong judgment and strategic clarity in directing senior leaders.
• Commercial and data fluency linking decisions to outcomes.
• Leads through influence across Product, Engineering, Design, Data and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy across areas and shape tribe roadmaps.
• Align squads and functions with clear direction and priorities.
• Be the senior product voice for areas, communicating narratives and results.
• Identify and size opportunities from customer insight and market context, guiding investments.
• Own portfolio outcomes and KPI narrative with dashboards and reviews.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams with clear ownership.
• Improve product execution standards, briefs, and launch readiness.
• Build scalable systems with governance, cadence, and feedback loops.
• Coach PM talent; potential management track with hiring and performance oversight.
