Job summary

Wasl Group in Dubai seeks a Tribe Lead to steer multiple squads, translating strategic vision into practical, actionable plans and driving Agile delivery across enterprise platforms such as Unifier, SAP S4 Hana, Jaggaer, Salesforce, and SuccessFactors. You will enable teams, manage risks, and report progress to senior leadership while maintaining a strong focus on customer outcomes.

The role requires 10–15 years in transformation or Agile delivery, 5–7 years in leadership, and a proven ability

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT or related field.
10–15 years of transformation, program/project delivery, or Agile delivery experience.
5–7 years of leadership experience managing cross‑functional delivery teams.

Responsibilities

Translate enterprise vision into tribe and squad plans aligned with objectives.
Empower squads to own deliverables and drive innovation.
Foster cross‑functional collaboration to reduce silos and improve delivery flow.
Guide agile practices, ceremonies, and continuous delivery.
Identify and remove impediments to improve performance and outcomes.
Provide transparent progress updates and risk reporting to senior leadership.
Lead retrospectives and embed improvements to accelerate delivery speed and quality.
Manage dependencies and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities.
