Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking a Product Manager to run the day-to-day product and delivery across a growing suite of proprietary products in the Performance team. You will own the delivery rhythm across concurrent builds, working directly with design and engineering to move from concept to shipped release.

The role is based in the Middle East and reports to the Senior Director, Product, Performance. We value someone with 3–6 years of PM experience in digital products or data products, and a proven track

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of product management experience in digital products, SaaS or data products.
• Track record of shipping products from spec to live, repeatedly.
• Strong agile delivery skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Excellent written communication to produce clear specs and docs.
• Experience with data pipelines, models and interfaces; AI collaboration encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day backlog, sprint planning and prioritisation across multiple builds.
• Write clear product specs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate design and engineering to keep delivery moving and unblock issues.
• Manage releases end to end including QA, UAT and rollout.
• Track delivery against roadmaps and report risks early.
