Job summary

Webook in Dubai is hiring a Product Manager to own a meaningful area of the customer experience. You will lead a cross-functional squad, connect day-to-day execution to longer-term outcomes, and raise the bar on product thinking.

You will collaborate with Engineering and Design to shape solutions, set a focused roadmap, and make evidence-based bets backed by data and user insights. Prior marketplace experience and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or adjacent roles with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience in consumer marketplaces or high-frequency transaction products preferred.
• Proven ability to lead discovery and delivery from framing to shipped outcomes.
• Strong product judgment with evidence-based decision making.
• Fluent in data interpretation and user insights to guide priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own a high impact product area and lead a cross-functional squad to deliver outcomes.
• Set direction and translate it into a focused roadmap with clear bets.
• Lead discovery using research, data, and experiments to de-risk bets.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to deliver valuable increments.
• Maintain high quality from build to launch with clear acceptance criteria.
