Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Senior Manager - Controlling for the Global Treasury Centre in Abu Dhabi. You will shape governance, lead transformations, and drive AI-enabled treasury reporting and analytics within a large complex organization.

You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, ensure audit-compliant controls, and deliver timely treasury insights to support financial objectives, budgets, and forecasts.

Qualifications

• CA/CFA/CPA certification required; ACT coursework beneficial.
• Minimum 5 years of treasury ops experience in a large organization.
• Advanced knowledge in analytical treasury processes, banking, hedging, and trade finance.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, SAP TRM, and data visualization with Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and enhancement of Treasury governance frameworks, including Policies, SOPs, SLAs, DOAs, RACI, and operating models.
• Communicate, drive adoption, and ensure compliance across Global Treasury, GBS, and business divisions.
• Oversee treasury transformation initiatives focused on standardization, automation, and risk reduction.
• Manage AI governance, drive AI-enabled reporting and analytics, and partner to implement AI treasury strategies.
• Oversee Treasury reports, P&L, Balance Sheet positions, and treasury operating costs with actionable insights.
