Job summary

Qualifications

• CA/CFA/CPA or equivalent certification is required; treasury coursework is beneficial.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant treasury experience in a large organization.
• Advanced knowledge of analytical treasury processes, banking, hedging and trade finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance frameworks and operating models for treasury, including policies, SOPs, SLAs, DOAs, and RACIs.
• Drive treasury transformation initiatives focusing on standardization, automation, and risk reduction.
• Oversee treasury reporting, P&L, balance sheets, and cost control; provide actionable insights.
• Ensure audit readiness and strong internal controls; coordinate with internal/external audits.
