Job summary

Europe Link Tourism LLC in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced sales professional to drive growth in travel and tourism services, packages, and related bookings. You will engage with corporate clients, travel agents, and individuals to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Responsibilities include generating new business, handling inquiries via multiple channels, preparing quotations, and coordinating with operations to ensure seamless service delivery while aiming to meet monthly

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in UAE travel and tourism mandator y.
• Strong knowledge of UAE tourism products and customer needs.
• Ability to generate new business and hit sales targets.

• Prepare competitive quotations and convert inquiries into bookings.
• Develop corporate accounts and long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with operations and suppliers to ensure service delivery.
• Maintain records of inquiries, leads, quotations, bookings, and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Provide regular sales activity reports to management.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through direct sales, cold calling, networking, referrals, and corporate visits.
• Develop and maintain relationships with individual customers, corporate clients, travel agents, and business partners.
• Handle incoming customer inquiries through WhatsApp, telephone, email, and social media professionally and promptly.
• Promote and sell inbound tourism services, tour packages, hotel bookings, sightseeing activities, airport transfers, and travel-related services.
• Understand customer requirements, prepare competitive quotations, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with potential customers to maximize sales conversions.
• Develop new corporate accounts and establish long-term business relationships.
• Coordinate with the operations team and suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, sales leads, quotations, bookings, and follow-up activities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
• Monitor competitor offerings, market trends, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities.
• Provide regular sales activity reports and updates to management.
