Job summary

VDV Search is seeking a Travel Designer to craft highly personalised luxury journeys for UHNW and VIP clients in the UAE. You will design itineraries, coordinate with global suppliers, and manage client communications from inquiry to post-travel follow-up.

The role requires exceptional storytelling, multi-destination logistics, and a proactive, discreet approach to service. Full-time, Sunday-Thursday, 12:00 PM-9:00 PM UAE time.

• Act as trusted advisor and primary client contact throughout the journey.
• Manage travel elements including flights, hotels, transfers, dining, private experiences, guides, and concierge services.
• Coordinate with luxury hotels, DMCs, private guides, chauffeurs, and providers.
• Monitor journeys in real time and resolve issues quickly.

The Opportunity

This role sits at the heart of the client experience. As Travel Designer, you'll create and deliver highly personalised luxury journeys for the company's most discerning clients — designing experiences that go beyond traditional travel, blending creativity, cultural insight, operational excellence, and meticulous attention to detail.

You'll own every stage of the journey, from the initial client inquiry through to the guest's return home: itinerary creation, supplier coordination, client communication, and live on-trip execution.

The ideal candidate is equally at home crafting inspiring travel narratives and managing complex, multi-destination logistics with precision — with the organisational skill, commercial awareness, and foresight to anticipate client needs before they arise.

What You'll Do

Journey Design & Curation

• Design bespoke, multi-destination luxury itineraries for UHNW and VIP clients, ensuring every journey feels creative, meaningful, and deeply personalised
• Transform client preferences and travel aspirations into thoughtfully curated experiences
• Create polished itinerary documents and journey presentations aligned with the brand's aesthetic and service philosophy
• Research and identify unique experiences, hidden gems, luxury properties, and exclusive access opportunities worldwide

Client Relationship & Servicing

• Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients throughout their journey
• Build strong relationships grounded in discretion, responsiveness, warmth, and exceptional judgement
• Maintain detailed client preference profiles to deliver proactive, personalised service
• Provide seamless support before, during, and after travel

Operational Excellence

• Manage all elements of luxury travel arrangements — flights, hotels, transfers, dining, private experiences, guides, and concierge services
• Coordinate with global luxury hotels, DMCs, private guides, chauffeurs, and experience providers
• Ensure accuracy across all travel details and proactively manage changes or challenges
• Monitor journeys in real time and resolve issues quickly

Product & Commercial Contribution

• Stay ahead of luxury travel trends, new openings, emerging destinations, and exclusive experiences
• Contribute ideas to enhance the travel portfolio and client offering
• Support commercial objectives through thoughtful recommendations and itinerary designMaintain accurate CRM records, financial information, and internal workflows

Who We're Looking For

• Experience in luxury travel design, operations, or travel concierge
• Strong knowledge of global luxury destinations and premium travel suppliers
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• A natural eye for detail, storytelling, and creating memorable experiences
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects with confidence and precision
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Experience working with UHNW/VIP clients highly preferred
