Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through calls emails and messages.
• Assist with bookings vouchers tickets and travel-related requests.
• Coordinate with Reservation Accounts Sales and Operations teams.
• Follow up on pending customer requests and provide timely updates.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when required.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Ensure all customer communication follows company policies and procedures.
