Royal Orbit Travel and Tourism LLC is seeking a customer service/booking support specialist in Dubai to handle inquiries via calls, emails and messages. You will assist with bookings, vouchers, tickets, and travel-related requests, coordinating with Reservation, Accounts, Sales and Operations teams.

Ideal candidates possess excellent communication and strong follow-up skills, with experience in travel and tourism preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and messages.
• Assist with bookings, vouchers, tickets, and travel-related requests.
• Coordinate with Reservation, Accounts, Sales and Operations teams.
• Follow up on pending customer requests and provide timely updates.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when required.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
