Job summary

DP World Logistics is seeking a Transport Management System Officer to bridge business needs with technology across operations, IT, and vendors. You will translate requirements into system and process improvements, support project delivery, and maintain data integrity to enable efficient day-to-day operations aligned with DP World’s strategic goals.

You will lead workshops, define acceptance criteria, support UAT and go-live, and drive continuous improvement using Power BI and other analytics

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in business analysis or related delivery.
• Experience in logistics or complex operations preferred.
• Proven ability to translate operational needs into requirements.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements with stakeholders across operations, finance, and IT.
• Develop As-Is and To-Be process maps and write use cases and functional/non-functional requirements.
• Prioritize requirements and manage scope, maintaining a requirements traceability register.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to design and validate system solutions against business requirements.
• Define acceptance criteria and support UAT planning and go-live sign-off.
• Create test cases, log, track, and resolve defects; validate fixes before production release.
• Deliver training, change management, SOPs, and user guides for new processes.
• Plan and manage cross-functional projects spanning Operations, Finance, IT, Procurement and vendors.

Lean Six Sigma or process-improvement certification would be an advantage
