• Degree in Logistics required (bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Experience in large fleet transport operations; passenger transport is an advantage.
• 5 years’ experience as a minimum in transport-related vocation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily passenger transport operations and group transport KPIs.
• Ensure cost control and budget variance reporting.
• Plan vehicle scheduling, route planning and driver rosters.
• Ensure fleet compliance and safety across operations.
• Lead smart routing via GPS and TMS tools.
