Job summary

We One in Dubai is seeking a Journey Management Executive to monitor and coordinate company vehicle movements, ensuring safe, efficient journeys and timely deliveries across routes.

This role relies on GPS tracking, route planning, ETA/ETD monitoring, and fleet performance reporting, demanding strong attention to detail, multi-vehicle oversight, and proactive communication with drivers and operations teams to resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in transport operations or fleet monitoring.
• Experience with GPS-based journey management and ETA/ETD monitoring.
• Proficiency in Excel and mapping tools like Google Maps.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vehicles and drivers via GPS/fleet systems.
• Prepare daily journey plans with routes and allocations.
• Track progress and identify delays or deviations.
• Coordinate with drivers and operations to ensure timely journeys.
• Update ETA/ETD based on traffic and delays.
• Maintain journey and stoppage records.
• Prepare fleet monitoring reports.
• Escalate critical delays and non-compliance.
• Collaborate with Transport, Fleet, Dispatch, Workshop, Warehouse, Security, and Customer Service.
